Terms of Use
1. Scope and application licence
These terms describe use of Party Games and its product website, provided by T&L Health Service Group Pty Ltd. For the iOS app, the Apple Standard EULA governs the application licence. These product terms explain service features, membership and acceptable use; they do not replace Apple’s licence or store purchase terms. Contact us if you need clarification before using a feature.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Use supported sign-in and accurate information, keep account access secure, and follow applicable age and platform rules. Registration is free and does not start membership. Linking another provider requires authentication; matching email addresses alone do not establish account ownership. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
3. Free content and membership benefits
Version 1 is free after sign-in. Editor exploration and playtesting are free; saving new creations and saving changes requires active membership. Weekly and yearly auto-renewing membership plans provide the same benefits: Create saves and downloads of current and future published official content while membership is active. Version 2 is available to download with active membership and is not sold separately. We do not promise a particular release date or quantity of future content.
4. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds
Your App Store shows available plans, billing periods and local prices before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; renewal is charged within 24 hours before that end. Manage or cancel through Apple account subscription settings. Cancellation normally preserves membership until the paid period ends; a refund or revocation may end access earlier. Apple manages iOS purchase refunds, subject to applicable law and store rules. Deleting your Party Games account or app does not cancel a subscription.
5. Downloaded content and saved creations
Successfully downloaded games, quizzes, character media and voice files remain usable on that device after membership ends, as do existing saved creations. Membership is required again for new Create saves or saving edits. Local access does not grant a permanent right to download paid content again: downloading after deletion or on another device requires active membership. Creations are not automatically backed up or synced. Keep your own copies of important source material; uninstalling the app, deleting files or device loss may remove local content.
6. Your content and acceptable use
You retain rights in original material you create. Only use photos, text and other material you have permission to use and share. Running a local game allows selected content to be displayed to participants. Do not include unlawful, abusive or privacy-infringing material, misrepresent others, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service security. Adults should supervise younger participants and choose suitable content.
7. Product intellectual property
The app, official packs, character artwork and product branding belong to us or their licensors. Use official content within the permitted app experience. Membership grants the stated feature access, not ownership of our content or permission to redistribute download packs or sell our artwork. Rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Connectivity, hardware and voice
Internet is required for sign-in, initial downloads, purchases and entitlement checks. Local multiplayer requires a compatible local network. Big-screen features require compatible external-display or AirPlay hardware. Optional narration is free, runs locally after installation and needs sufficient storage. Supported narration languages may differ from interface languages. Features and availability vary by device, app version and published platform.
9. Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for account, purchase, local-play and service-provider data practices. Signing in does not upload your local creations. Selected game content may be shared with people and displays in the session.
10. Availability and changes
We may maintain or update the service, correct errors and change supported features. Downloads and account services may be interrupted. We will describe material changes where appropriate and honor applicable purchase and consumer rights. Temporary verification failures do not by themselves mean that you must purchase again; contact support or restore purchases.
11. Disclaimers and consumer rights
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every network or preservation of files you delete. To the extent permitted by law, liability for loss caused by misuse or circumstances beyond our reasonable control is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Statutory remedies, refunds and compensation remain available where applicable.
12. Ending use and account access
You can stop using the app, cancel membership through Apple and request account deletion in Member account settings. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law and paid-service rights. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Local creations are managed on your device.
13. Law, updates and contact
These product terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction. We display an updated effective date when these terms change. The English text governs if translations differ, without limiting mandatory local rights. Questions: developer@tandlhealthservice.com.au.

3. 免费内容与会员权益
登录后 Version 1 免费。编辑器探索和试玩免费，保存新作品及修改需要有效会员。周／年自动续订会员权益相同：有效期间可保存作品，并下载当前和未来已发布的官方内容。Version 2 通过有效会员提供下载，不单独销售。我们不承诺未来内容的具体发布日期或数量。
4. 付款、续订、取消与退款
购买前，App Store 显示可用方案、周期和本地价格；确认购买后向 Apple 账号收费。除非至少在当期结束前 24 小时取消，否则订阅自动续订，并在当期结束前 24 小时内收取续订费用。请在 Apple 账号订阅设置管理或取消。取消通常保留当期已付费权益；退款或撤销可能更早终止权益。iOS 退款由 Apple 依适用法律和商店规则处理。删除 Party Games 账号或应用不会取消订阅。
5. 已下载内容与保存作品
会员结束后，成功下载的游戏、问答、角色媒体和语音文件，以及已有保存作品，仍可在原设备使用。新增保存或保存修改需要重新拥有有效会员。本地使用不授予永久重新下载付费内容的权利；删除后或换设备下载需要有效会员。作品不会自动备份或同步。请另存重要原始素材，卸载应用、删除文件或设备遗失可能导致本地内容丢失。
6. 您的内容与可接受使用
您保留自己原创内容的权利。请仅使用您有权使用及分享的照片、文字和其他素材。运行本地游戏时，所选内容会向参与者显示。不得包含违法、辱虐或侵犯隐私的内容，不得冒充他人、尝试未授权访问或破坏服务安全。成年人应监督较年幼的参与者并选择合适内容。
7. 产品知识产权
应用、官方内容包、角色美术和产品品牌属于我们或相应许可方。请在授权应用体验内使用官方内容。会员授予所述功能访问，不转让内容所有权，也不允许重新分发下载包或销售我们的美术素材。适用法律允许的权利不受影响。
8. 连接、硬件与语音
登录、首次下载、购买及权益核验需要互联网。本地多人游戏需要兼容局域网，大屏功能需要兼容外接显示屏或 AirPlay 硬件。可选播报免费，安装后在本地运行，需要足够存储空间。播报语言与界面语言可能不同。功能及可用性可能因设备、应用版本和已发布平台而异。
9. 隐私
账号、购买、本地游戏和服务商的信息处理方式请参阅隐私政策。登录不会上传本地作品；所选游戏内容可能与场次中的参与者和显示屏分享。
10. 可用性与变更
我们可能维护或更新服务、修正错误及调整支持功能。下载及账号服务可能中断。适当时会说明重大变化，并遵守适用购买和消费者权利。暂时核验失败不意味着必须重新购买；请恢复购买或联系支持。
11. 责任说明与消费者权利
我们不保证服务始终不中断、兼容所有网络或保存您已删除的文件。在法律允许范围内，对误用或合理控制范围之外情况造成的损失，责任受到限制。本条款不排除或限制依法不得排除的权利和救济，包括澳大利亚消费者法保障；适用的法定救济、退款和赔偿仍然有效。
12. 停止使用与账号访问
您可停止使用应用、通过 Apple 取消会员，并在会员账号设置请求删除账号。在遵守适用法律及付费服务权利的前提下，为处理严重滥用或安全风险，我们可在合理必要时限制访问。删除账号与取消订阅是两个独立操作，本地作品在设备上管理。
13. 适用法律、更新与联系
本产品条款适用澳大利亚维多利亚州法律，同时保留您所在地的强制性权利。条款变化时更新生效日期。翻译存在差异时，以英文文本为准，但不限制当地强制性权利。问题请联系 developer@tandlhealthservice.com.au。
