Privacy Policy
1. Scope and operator
This policy explains how T&L Health Service Group Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, handles information for Party Games (also known as Party Quiz) and these product pages. It covers member accounts, content downloads, purchases, local play and support.
2. Member accounts and sign-in
Our Cloudflare-hosted member service verifies Apple and Google sign-in proofs. It stores an internal member identifier, provider account identifiers, verified email and display name when supplied, and session and authentication records. Apple may provide a private relay email. Your first sign-in creates a free account. Accounts are not automatically merged because emails match; linking another provider requires authentication. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
3. Games, creations and local participants
Custom questions, selected photos, game designs and saved quizzes are stored on the host device. Player nicknames, answers, actions and scores are exchanged with the host, other participants or connected displays as needed to run a local session. Content selected for a session can be visible to those participants. Custom creations are not automatically uploaded to our content-download service or synced between devices. Do not include private or sensitive information in content you show to a group.
4. Content and voice downloads
Our Cloudflare-hosted service delivers catalogs, game packs, character media and supported voice files. Requests include requested content information, app build details and, where required, an account session or entitlement proof. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect the service. Some optional narration model files are downloaded from pinned official Argmax or Qwen releases on Hugging Face. Installed narration runs locally on the device; this local narration feature does not send your custom questions to a cloud speech service. Downloads are subject to the relevant service provider’s privacy policy.
5. Purchases and membership
Apple handles iOS payments. We receive signed transaction proofs and product identifiers and verify them with Apple. We store purchase and transaction identifiers, verified entitlement status, expiry and related event records associated with your internal member identifier, to restore access and process renewals, expiry, refunds and revocation. We do not receive payment-card details or your Apple password. Version 1 is free; Version 2 downloads are provided through active membership and are not sold separately.
6. Permissions and device storage
Local-network permission connects participants and displays. Photo selection is used when you choose images for your own content. Manage permissions in device Settings. Downloaded files and saved creations use local storage. Removing content or uninstalling the app may remove local files. Any device backup you arrange is controlled by your device or backup provider; Party Games does not provide automatic cloud backup of creations.
7. Support and security records
When you email us, we receive the information and attachments you choose to send and use them to answer your request. Send only what is necessary; do not send passwords, identity documents, full payment details or private game content. The service processes limited request and security records to operate, troubleshoot and prevent abuse. Separately issued app-review accounts use password verifiers, access expiry and limited sign-in attempt records; they are not normal paid member accounts.
8. Advertising, analytics and these pages
The current app does not include advertising tracking or a behavioural analytics SDK. These product pages do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, remote fonts or a sign-up form. The hosting provider still processes network and security information when you visit. Following an external link is subject to that destination’s privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.
9. Service providers and international processing
We use Apple for sign-in and payments, Google for supported sign-in, Cloudflare for hosting and account/content services, and Hugging Face for some optional model downloads. These providers may process information outside Australia, according to their own services and policies. Relevant policies: Apple, Google, Cloudflare and Hugging Face. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations or protect the service.
10. Retention, account deletion and your choices
Account information is kept while needed to operate your account and service. In Member account settings you can sign out, manage linked identities or request account deletion with fresh authentication. Deletion removes profile values and active provider identity data and revokes account access. Minimal internal identifiers and purchase or security records may remain to meet legal obligations, handle refunds and prevent purchase reassignment or abuse. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete local creations. Manage Apple subscriptions separately and delete local creations in the app. Contact us for privacy access, correction or deletion questions; we may need to verify your identity.
11. Children and safe participation
Adults should supervise younger participants, choose age-appropriate content and avoid sharing children’s personal information. App Store age ratings and account eligibility rules apply. If you believe a child’s personal information was provided improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Contact, complaints and updates
For privacy questions or complaints contact developer@tandlhealthservice.com.au. We will review the concern and respond. If you are not satisfied, you may contact an applicable privacy regulator, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We update this policy when our practices change and display the new effective date.

4. 内容与语音下载
Cloudflare 托管的服务提供内容目录、游戏包、角色媒体及所支持的语音文件。请求包含目标内容、应用构建信息，必要时还包含账号会话或权益凭证。Cloudflare 处理 IP 地址和请求信息以交付并保护服务。部分可选播报模型文件从 Hugging Face 上指定版本的 Argmax 或 Qwen 官方仓库下载。安装后的播报在设备本地运行，该本地播报功能不会把您的自定义题目发送到云端语音服务。下载适用相应服务商的隐私政策。
5. 购买与会员
Apple 处理 iOS 付款。我们接收签名交易凭证及产品标识，并向 Apple 核验。我们保存与内部会员标识关联的购买和交易标识、已验证权益状态、到期信息及相关事件记录，用于恢复权益和处理续订、到期、退款及撤销。我们不会收到银行卡资料或 Apple 密码。Version 1 免费；Version 2 通过有效会员提供下载，不单独销售。
6. 权限与设备存储
本地网络权限用于连接参与者和显示屏。只有在您为自定义内容选择照片时才使用照片选择功能。可在设备设置管理权限。下载文件和保存作品占用本地空间；移除内容或卸载应用可能删除这些文件。您自行使用的设备备份由设备或备份提供商控制，Party Games 不提供作品自动云备份。
7. 支持与安全记录
当您发送邮件时，我们接收您选择提供的信息和附件，用于回应请求。请只提供必要信息，不要发送密码、身份证件、完整付款资料或私人游戏内容。服务处理有限的请求和安全记录，以运行、排查问题及防止滥用。独立提供的应用审核账号使用密码验证值、访问到期信息和有限的登录尝试记录；其不属于普通付费会员账号。
8. 广告、分析与本网页
当前应用不包含广告追踪或行为分析 SDK。本产品网页不添加广告追踪器、分析脚本、远程字体或注册表单。访问时，托管服务商仍处理网络和安全信息。访问外部链接适用目标网站的隐私规则。我们不出售个人信息。
9. 服务商与跨境处理
我们使用 Apple 登录及付款、Google 所支持的登录、Cloudflare 托管及账号／内容服务，以及 Hugging Face 的部分可选模型下载。这些服务商可能依据其服务和政策在澳大利亚境外处理信息。相关政策见上方 Apple、Google、Cloudflare 与 Hugging Face 链接。为履行法律义务或保护服务，在合理必要时也可能披露信息。
10. 保存、账号删除与您的选择
账号信息在运营账号及服务所需期间保存。可在应用的会员账号设置退出、管理关联身份，或通过重新认证请求删除账号。删除操作移除个人资料值和有效的提供商身份数据，并撤销账号访问。为履行法律义务、处理退款及防止交易被重新认领或滥用，可能保留最少的内部标识、购买或安全记录。删除账号不会取消 Apple 订阅，也不会删除本地作品；请单独管理订阅，并在应用中删除本地作品。关于隐私访问、更正或删除请联系我们，必要时需核验身份。
11. 儿童与安全参与
成年人应监督较年幼的参与者，选择适龄内容，避免分享儿童的个人信息。适用 App Store 年龄分级及账号资格规则。如认为儿童个人信息被不当提供，请联系我们调查并采取适当措施。
12. 联系、投诉与政策更新
隐私问题或投诉请联系 developer@tandlhealthservice.com.au。我们会审查并回应；如不满意，可联系适用的隐私监管机构，包括澳大利亚信息专员办公室（OAIC）。数据处理方式变化时，我们会更新本政策并标注新的生效日期。
