1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Baccarat Strategy Lab (the "App") provided by T&L Health Service Group Pty Ltd ("T&L", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you obtain the App through the Apple App Store or another store, the applicable store terms also apply.
2. Educational simulation only — no real-money gambling
The App is an offline probability and strategy-simulation tool for baccarat-related study, testing, and education. It does not accept, arrange, facilitate, or place wagers. It does not offer real-money gambling, casino services, lotteries, betting accounts, deposits, withdrawals, credits, prizes, payment processing, or in-app purchases.
The App's outputs are simulated results, not predictions, guarantees, betting signals, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to gamble. Do not use the App to decide whether, when, how much, or where to wager real money. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Eligibility and responsible use
The App is intended for adults. You must not use it if you are under 18 years old, or under the minimum age applicable to gambling-related content where you live, whichever is higher. You must not use the App where its use is prohibited by applicable law.
4. Limited licence
Subject to these Terms and applicable store terms, T&L grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for its intended simulation and educational purposes. The App is licensed, not sold.
5. Your strategies, reports, and shared files
You are responsible for the names, labels, settings, and other content you create or choose to import, export, save, or share through the App. You must have the rights and permissions needed to handle that content.
The App may let you export a password-encrypted backup or share an encrypted locked-strategy file through the system share sheet. You choose the recipient or destination and are responsible for that choice. A recipient, cloud service, or other selected third party may apply its own terms and privacy practices. Do not share files containing personal, confidential, unlawful, or sensitive information unless you have the authority and an appropriate legal basis to do so.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the App to facilitate illegal gambling, evade gambling laws, or operate a real-money gambling service;
- represent simulated results as guaranteed outcomes or as professional, financial, legal, or gambling advice;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to bypass the App's security or locked-strategy restrictions, except where applicable law expressly permits that activity;
- use the App to infringe another person's rights, introduce malicious material, or misuse another person's data; or
- use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the App or another person's device or service.
7. Intellectual property
T&L and its licensors retain all rights in the App, its software, design, branding, documentation, and content supplied by T&L. These Terms do not give you ownership of those materials. You retain any rights you hold in lawful content that you create, subject to the rights needed for the App to process that content locally at your direction.
8. Availability, updates, and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary, including to improve reliability, security, legal compliance, or compatibility. We do not promise that every feature will always be available on every device or operating-system version. You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, software, storage, and backups of content you wish to keep.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that simulated results are accurate for any real-world event, that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is suitable for a particular wagering, commercial, or personal purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. In particular, Australian Consumer Law rights may apply to you and cannot be excluded. Subject to that sentence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, T&L is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss caused by a decision to gamble, a third-party sharing destination, loss of a backup password, or loss of data not caused by T&L's failure to meet an obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
These Terms apply while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time and remove it from your device. We may suspend or end the licence if you materially breach these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, governing-law, and contact provisions, continue after termination.
11. Governing law and local rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer laws of the country or region where you live. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria, Australia.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, law, or our operations. The updated version will state a new effective date. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to make it clear before it applies where required by law. Continuing to use the App after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

3. 资格与负责任使用
本应用面向成年人。若您未满 18 周岁，或未达到所在地使用博彩相关内容的最低年龄（以较高者为准），不得使用本应用。若适用法律禁止使用本应用，您也不得使用。
4. 有限许可
在遵守本条款和适用应用商店条款的前提下，T&L 授予您一项个人、有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，可在您拥有或控制的设备上安装和使用本应用，但仅限于其预定的模拟和教育用途。本应用为许可使用，并非出售。
5. 您的策略、报告与分享文件
您应对自己创建、选择导入、导出、保存或通过本应用分享的名称、标签、设置及其他内容负责，并确保拥有处理该内容所需的权利和授权。
本应用可能允许您导出密码加密备份，或通过系统分享面板分享加密的锁定策略文件。您自行选择接收者或目的地，并应对此选择负责。接收者、云服务或其他被选第三方可能适用其自身条款与隐私政策。除非您拥有相应授权及适当的法律依据，请不要分享含有个人、保密、违法或敏感信息的文件。
6. 可接受使用
您不得：
- 利用本应用协助非法赌博、规避赌博法律或经营真钱赌博服务；
- 将模拟结果表述为保证结果，或表述为专业、财务、法律或赌博建议；
- 干扰、逆向工程、反编译、修改或试图绕过本应用的安全机制或锁定策略限制，但适用法律明确允许的情形除外；
- 利用本应用侵犯他人权利、植入恶意内容或滥用他人数据；或
- 以可能损坏、禁用、过载或妨碍本应用、他人设备或服务的方式使用本应用。
7. 知识产权
T&L 及其许可方保留对本应用、软件、设计、品牌、文档和由 T&L 提供内容的一切权利。本条款不向您转让这些材料的所有权。对于您自行创建的合法内容，您保留您拥有的权利，但应允许本应用依您指示在本地处理该内容所需的范围内使用。
8. 可用性、更新与变更
在为提升可靠性、安全性、法律合规或兼容性而有合理必要时，我们可更新、修改、暂停或停止本应用的全部或部分功能。我们不保证每项功能在每一设备或操作系统版本上始终可用。您应自行维护兼容的硬件、软件、存储空间和希望保留内容的备份。
9. 免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们不保证模拟结果适用于任何现实事件，不保证本应用不间断或无错误，也不保证其适合特定的投注、商业或个人目的。
本条款不排除、限制或修改任何依法不得排除、限制或修改的保证、权利、救济或责任。尤其是，澳大利亚消费者法赋予您的权利可能适用，且不得被排除。在不影响前述规定且在法律允许的最大范围内，T&L 不对间接、附带、特别、后果性或惩罚性损失负责，也不对因决定赌博、第三方分享目的地、遗失备份密码，或并非因 T&L 未履行不可依法排除义务而造成的数据丢失负责。
10. 终止
只要您使用本应用，本条款即持续适用。您可随时停止使用并从设备中删除本应用。如您严重违反本条款，或法律要求，我们可暂停或终止许可。按其性质应继续有效的条款，包括知识产权、免责声明、责任、适用法律和联系方式条款，在终止后仍然有效。
11. 适用法律与本地权利
本条款受澳大利亚维多利亚州法律管辖。本条款不排除、限制或修改您所在地国家或地区消费者法律中依法不得排除的权利。在不影响该等强制性权利的前提下，争议受澳大利亚维多利亚州法院管辖。
12. 本条款的变更
我们可能为反映本应用、法律或运营方式的变化而更新本条款。更新版本会载明新的生效日期。如变更属重大变更，我们会在法律要求的情况下，于变更生效前采取合理措施清楚说明。更新条款生效后继续使用本应用，即表示您在法律允许范围内接受更新条款。
