1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how T&L Health Service Group Pty Ltd ("T&L", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in Baccarat Strategy Lab (the "App"). The App is an offline baccarat probability and strategy-simulation tool. It is not a real-money gambling service, betting service, payment service, or financial service.
2. Information handled on your device
The App does not require an account or profile. It does not operate an app server that receives your App data. The App may store the following information inside its private application storage on your device so that its features work:
- strategy names, strategy formulas, drafts, components, and settings that you create;
- simulation inputs, simulated outcomes, reports, and local operation records;
- locked strategy files that you choose to import; and
- your in-app language preference.
This information can include text or labels you choose to enter. We do not ask for your name, email address, payment details, contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, or device advertising identifier to use the App.
3. No accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking
The App does not provide a user-account system. We do not use advertising SDKs, behavioural analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, or in-app purchases. We do not sell personal information or use App data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
4. Local storage and system backups
Your App data is stored locally in the App's private storage on your device. Some core strategy data and your language preference may be eligible for an iOS, iPadOS, or Android system backup when you enable the relevant device backup service. Backup timing, availability, retention, restoration, and encryption are controlled by your operating-system provider and your device settings. Strategy reports are excluded from the App's system-cloud backup set.
The App may also let you create a password-encrypted manual backup. That file is created on your device. We do not receive the backup file or its password, and we cannot recover a forgotten backup password. A manual backup may include the content you choose to include, such as strategy data and, if selected, reports.
5. Files you choose to share, save, or import
The App can prepare an encrypted locked-strategy file for the iOS or Android system share sheet. It can also prepare a password-encrypted backup file for you to save or share. These actions occur only when you choose them.
Before sharing, consider the file's contents. A strategy file can contain the strategy name and the strategy data needed for permitted simulations. Once you send a file to a recipient, app, cloud drive, email provider, or other destination you select, that recipient or service handles the file under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those third parties and do not receive a copy through our servers.
When you choose a file to import, the App validates and stores the supported file locally on your device. Importing a file does not send it to T&L.
6. How information is used
The information stored locally is used only to provide the App's requested features, including editing strategies, running simulations, generating reports, importing supported files, and restoring a backup that you select. We do not use that information to make decisions about you, send marketing, or determine eligibility for any product or service.
7. Retention and deletion
You control local App data. You can delete individual strategies, received strategies, and reports using the App where that control is available. Deleting the App ordinarily removes its local application data from the device, subject to your operating system's own backup, retention, and restoration behaviour.
Manual backups, exported files, copies in a recipient's possession, and copies held by a service you chose through the system share sheet are outside the App's control. Delete those copies through the relevant device, app, or service. Because we do not maintain an App-data server, we cannot retrieve, correct, or delete files stored only on your device or with a recipient.
8. Security
We design the App so that routine strategy and simulation information remains in its local application storage. Locked strategy exports and manual backups are encrypted when those features are used. No storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, choosing secure sharing destinations, and keeping any manual-backup password safe.
9. International sharing
T&L does not transmit App data to its own servers. If you voluntarily share a file using a service that stores or processes data in another country, that transfer is initiated by you and governed by that service's policies and the settings you select.
10. Children and gambling-related content
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Do not use the App if you are under 18 years old, or under the minimum age applicable to gambling-related content where you live, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Your rights and questions
Privacy and consumer laws may give you rights relating to information about you. For data held only on your device, you can generally exercise control directly through the App, your device, and the services you choose for sharing or backup. 12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App's data practices or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated effective date with the revised Policy. If a change materially affects how App data is handled, we will take reasonable steps to make that change clear before it applies, where required by law.
